ermm mcm dah lama x update...hehe..

this month mcm tak berapa betul sket.. tension2 wif our current house yg baru pindah..wif leaking toilet, flush tak function...errkkk!dugaan..n guess wat..we acctually again moving to a new house nearby hospital..heh!..so basically..twice within a month..penat22...sib baik x dak family gi..kalau tak lagi haru hheehe!.. tu la pasal gopoh sgt..learnd d lesson oredy!

oncall punya cita..erm as usual..mesti ada case ectopic pregnancy (kandungan luar rahim) yg dah ruptured..y la always ada during my oncall time..my collegues jarang2 sekali..huhu!..this vietnamese pregnant lady claimed dah cuci kandungan dia kat private clinic..n came in wif fainting episode once n severe abdominal pain...was thinking at that point of time..perforated uterus (rahim bocor=hehe btol ka translation?)hehe..she was extremely pale eventho her Hb lever was 11..transfused gak 1 pint, vagina examination..revealed tender cervix (pintu rahim)plus plus...abdomen (perut)..tadak bunyi bowel sound langsung..distended..scan perut...nampak fluid all over,rahim kosong normal...confused2...masa tu tatau apa diagnosis..so juz wrote to rule out perforated uterus/ruptured ectopic pregnancy..blood pressure low..80/60..pergh!kus semangat..terus transferd to hsj..operation done wif confirm diagnosis ruptured ectopic pregnancy..hmmm mesti clinic tu tak diagnosd betul2...

another case was a motor vehicle accident..mat rempit i guess.. tak pakai helmet...parents lemah longlai when i said chances to survive 20%...bleeding from nose,eyes, ears byk giler..n suspected skull fracture teruk sgt dah...x sepat buat ct scan brain coz ptn tak stable..mak dia calm ja..she said this is her 3rd child gone..gosh!siannya dengar..1 accident n 1 leukemia..left behind 2 kids..intubated patient tu..n i left casualty n after 1 hr, heard from my staff he passd away oredy..:(..a very sad,tragedic case..
