oncall last night was extremely hectic wif 7 cases comin in from HSJ..dush dush!

as usual my calls mesti ada case2 yg pelik...jonahan btol bak kata my staffnurses..nway at 10 pm plus my medical collegue askd for my help.. 1 year old malay boy..fitted for more than 1 hr..n definitely not a simple febrile fit..her staff informed her that boy mcm pelik ja,mcm cyanosed = mulut mcm biru= kurang oksigen,n floppy..attended stat..oksigen level dropping, blood pressure unrecordable, pulse pun weak ja..mmg nak kena intubate (masukkan tube untuk bantu pernafasan)..she straight away called casualty MO dtg tolon..hmm glabah gak la..baby pulak kan..we managed to intubate him after nearly 10 times failed intubation..susah gak budak2 nih..secretions byk giler..n d diagnosis, we put as aspiration post seizure.(meaning tat fluid dah masuk ke paru2 dia)..and that causing him difficulty in breathing.!...ventilator only available kat hosp sultanah bahiyah a.star...kesian passive call kena activated..wat a day!

nasib baik today, weeknd dpt den rest2...uhuk!monday oncall lagi..

yey!at last weve found a double storey house sumwhere near hospital..bole la tahan..n this comin weeknd gonna be bz shiftin our stuffs...psst:apek tua mau tolong ka..big wide grin!
