hmm have u ever heard bout psychosis ke, post natal depression ke..or in malay term..we call it gila meroyan!heh..acctually today mornin, for d 1st time..ive seen it wif my own bare eyes..fuh!it happend inside d labour room while we wanted to transfer patient from bed to a stretcher to HSJ for sum problem tat we cldnt handle it here...nasib baik dia dah deliver baby..out of sudden, she talkd nonsense, panic attack, some form of delusions with completely irrational speech n thoughts..my chinese collegue trying to calm her down but failed..n he didnt knw wat to do..i juz hve a look kat l.room why bising2...my staffnurses asked me to try my best to talk her..heh..even they askd her to mengucap n etc...i askd that akak apsal...she then jegil2kan mata dia..mcm nak serang gitu..pergh!..she said tat sumting is inside her,,she needs bomoh now,ada benda tekan2 bdn dia..n she even said this is gila meroyan!wuhuu..it was really unlike her as ive been observing her since dlm ward lagi..

so i simply said that got bomoh kat HSJ..n she can be treated there..n yes!she agreed to go n we quickly transferd her to a stretcher..after tat i terus cabut as ive got things to settle wif other patients..hmm dramatic btol!..attendant laki pun dtg tolon..

im wonderin wats gonna happen to d baby..as her baby needs breast milk..well acctually this things usually occurs in the first 3 mths of delivery wif d vast majority occuring in the first 2 wks..and this is so fast..heh!the causes of post natal psychosis is not fully understood but hormonal n biological imbalances are contributing factors. It occurs in normal women, living in normal environment..
