HAPPY NEW YEAR 2008

oncall last night was quite dramatic..hmmph! at 1 am received a call fr casualty fren..sayin tat got a case of alleged gunshot case kat kepala..baru ja nak tido after clerkin case kat labour room..rushd to d casualty..managed to intubate him after failin 4-5 times...heh..bleeding profusely fr his skull bone..removed half piece of d bullet while d rest still embedded inside..2 wounds noted,no exit wound..rasa2nya almost 3 L blood lost..transfused as needed..my instinct mcm couldnt make it ja...he died on table kat ct scan room at last...police officers ramai sesangat..ada reporter...interviewin my casualty fren..cnt be bothered..dah nak ko dah masa tu..well tat ptn nampak mcm drug pusher ja fr d way he dressd up...d exact story cnt reveal here..heh!sorry morry!..nway d body was sent for postmortem today morning...dot dot..
