assalamualaikum ppl,

hmm today i think am goin to loose my temper already...ceh ntah apa2 ja..its nothing to do wif me,myself..its all 'bout not having a good time wif my sister, a mother to be, probably in 'bout 5-6 mths time. congrats najwa, she is currently 3 mths pregnant..thts a good news isn't it.

yang geramnya, she has to be oncall on every alternate day for nearly 2 mths.can u believe it?eee aku lak yg terlebih2..tak berisi lain ah cita.wif her early trimester symptoms like nausea,vomiting etc, they put her oncall almost everyday..deng!ohh c'me on ..Head of Department should do something ah 'bout this. dah la posting medical, the worst ever..now they left wif 7 housemans. At least they can "curi/pinjam" HO fr other department.boleh apa like what penang gh used to do...kesian giler, mata lebam, dah la kurus kering, mcm anemic ja tgk.Last week, she had to be on call 3 days in a row. crap! erm from what i heard, most of the hospitals now are facing wif a shortage of HOs especially medical department...so basically HOs will earn almost upto rm1000 plus la eh..

i too had to face the exact problem when i was in medical department, 5 eod calls in a week..lebih kurang ah. i had the zombies' level of consciousness, walking down the corridors of the hospitals being only half aware of my surroundings...kalau dapat pm off ok gak mcm ong department..actually it is up to the budi-bicara of the various Heads.

cakap pasal HOD or even specialist, they should at least give us an occasional word of encouragement, offer a sympathethic ear and not the yelling, screaming, bad words the next day of a hectic life..bengang sayy!tapi telinga nih wat pekak ja. i dont mind if they really want to scold us for obvious reason but hey dont la in front of d patient. so far penah kena sekali, siut betul! kecut perut makcik..hmm mcm manala patient nak trust us to be his/her doctor after the yelling we had just received..deng!
