What a very tragic moment for the ptn's parents when their daughter passed away right infront of them..hmm ada satu case 2 beradik drowned kat kolam renang hotel mana tah in png..the brother was sent straight away to ICU where as the sister depa hantaq to my ward..which is infectious ward..well it doesnt matter acctually if the sister still alive..aah but then she passed away on that day itself..the prob was that the parent was so shocked n couldnt accept the fact..the reason behind it, they blamed the ICU why they dun want the sister to be in as well..perghhh!..trauma btoi..baru 14 years old n yg abg tu 16 kut if am not mistaken...i was oncalled that night tapi tak incharged kat my ward tapi cardio..saja2 gi singgah situ..hmm kesian btoi2..they did post mortem..tatau apa jadi kat si abg..harap2 masih hidup!..

ada satu case lagi..sakit jantung punya pasai..im nt sure whether it was my mistake or nt..dush!..adeh seram sejuk la plak..ada sorang ptn nih..duk ngadu la sakit pala..penin2..fine!so i told my MO on call..he attended stat to tht ptn n ordered sumting..again at abt 3 am..dia mcm drowsy ja..so den pi tgk dia skalik lagi..n i checked everything..did ECG n i found out this patient ada fast atrial fibrillation.(rythm jantung cepat giler and tak sama rentak)..tapi tgk dia mcm nak tidoq ja..so takpa lah..i din tell my MO..of cos he was sleeping at tht point of time..and den mcm x mau kaco ah...n the stfnurse lak kasi panadol..teruih dia tidoq...

at about 5 am..dush..nurse ketuk pintu kuat giler..patient tadi collapsed..damn!kus semangat!teruih lompat dari katil..mata yg kecik bukak luas teruih..x sempat2 nak cuci muka dulu..attended stat n found out tht her both pupils(anak mata)..oredy fixed n dilated..uwaaaa!pasang cardiac onitor n high flow mask oxygen..nurse call my MO..dia pun teruih mai ngan bekas pillow still nampak kat muka dia..haha comei toi!.lembut2 sket yet available..wops..cut2..

my MO suh den intubate the ptn..ayoh! 1st time i did n alhamdullilah i passed!heh..nway back to tht ptn..probably because of her atrial fibrillation..dia dpt STROKE!aiyak!..mmg duk rasa dah ada sumting wrong..ayerr!!.ptn jtg seme stable cuma dia mcm coma sket..thats it..teruih sent her to CCU..till then..saya tatau apa jadi kat dia..x follow up dah! nxt morning duk tunggu2 ja consultant or any specialist panggey saya!..kut2 la mmg it was my mistake in the first place..tapi x dak la plak..hmmm! NO no i dun think i made a mistake kan kan..sbb kita buat seme examination kat patient tu..(nak sedapkan ati) heh..

nasihat kita to my collegues..dunot hesitate to inform your senior MO kalau ada menda2 yg tak sure noo..wokes..slamat study n bekerja!..nak lipat baju bajan, mkn icecream n boom tidoq! erk bila ah titanic tv3 heh!
