Assalamualaikum ppl,

tadik teragak2 nak mai rest kat umah parents kat png nih ka tak..tak thn ashik duk ngadap dinding for 12 hrs..the other 12 hrs kat spital.heh..plus baru tringat tonite ada anugerah BPH..heh leh tgk at least..tonite itself kena balik pi hostel..tak brani nak pi pagi2 esok satgi lewat..sapa kena marah? saya, saya dan saya jugak kena..huhu

el n maya..my first night oncall was just ok..50 -50 i should say..nervous tu tok sah duk kata lah..tapi control macho ahaks..on call started from 4.30 pm till tomorro morning..after finishing my own ward work teruih kena oncall dah..tapi mintak excused sat pi balik mandi dulu..kalu taks x mandi dah..erkk tak thn toi..

around 8 something dah ada new case..it was a case of peritonitis due tu CAPD=continuous artery peritoneal dialysis..ops btw i incharged of nehpro=buah pinggang and chest ward=respiratory problems. clerked case as usual n at the beginning was quite disorientated because i almost forgotten about every single 'theory' part connected to this 'buah pinggang' plus surgery a lil bit..tatau apa nak kasi..terus suh nurse carik any case related to peritonitis=jangkitan kuman dalam perut...cari punya cari jumpa gaks..teruih copy dulu dlm my small note bk..then compare2 ngan this patient's nya symptoms..almost the same..so copy ja la..n now i knw how to hancle 'bout this case..insyaallah..tapi apa2 pun must discuss wif MO=medical officer dulu before taking any action..takut satgi kut2 tersalah ka..kita gak yg kena

at the same time my batch mates yg baru joined in dtg n help me with the rest of the cases ..cuma tolon ambik blood ja..suh depa lak praktis.heh..elizabeth n dave pun medicine gak, el n maya tapi depa dpt ward nephro..siva n punit paeds same w tasha..peter ja surgery sian dia sorang2

again around 11 pm new case lagi..while clerking the case together with my MO on call, staffnurse called me saying that someone from chest ward nak ckp..emergency depa kata..aiseh..nightmare dah start dah!!.they said patient tgh mkn2 then ouf of sudden he had a bouts of hemoptysis=muntah darah yg berlambak2 dari paru2..thats it..mmg serious..teruih naik atas n MO will join later..pi tgk uncle tu sian dia..mmg in distressed condition..suh anak dia tungguh luaq in case satgi collapsed ka.nangis lak kat situ..den mmg tatau apa mau wat..SPO2=kandungan oksigen dlm badan dropped to 50%..normal ppl should have around 97-100% O2...teruih pasang high flow mask 12 L kut..pasang chest lead..tapi seme nampak stable..sib baik..ckp kat uncle tu suh relax2.jgn risau..pehtu MO dtg, sbb patient still duk muntah darah...dia wat la something, then call the specialist, later the anaesthetist joined lak..duk discussed pa tah depa..den pun tak paham..tolon wat keja ja..

penuh satu katil filled wif blood..baju nurse sorang tu abeh darah..truih dia tanggai tudung dia..heh..keja den cuma tolon pi bawa ABG=arterial blood gases pi ke CCU=cardiac/coronary care unit ke ah..heh tak sure full form dia pa..tu ja la..basically we only observed the patient sampai la koi 2 pagi..ngantuk giler..tahan2..takkan la kita nak pi tidoq kut..dah org lain terkebil2..heh

nway that uncle ada old pulmonary tuberculosis, bronchectasis, plus fungal ball lesion..nak wat surgery sepatutnya tat morning tapi postponed to monday sbb penuh list kut..erm tu ja la..takdak new case dah after that..slamat2..teruih pi tidoq..b4 that parents dtg sampai ke ward kasi food mkn.toche mak n atif..nurse pun kata cayalah..bukan apa mai sbb nak update roadtax keta n pi basuh baju skali hehe..dah ler x lunch..mkn koi 2 pagi tu lah pehtu tidoq..around 4 am nurse suh ambik blood lagi from tat uncle..tats it..tidoq sampai esok pagi..alhamdullilah..it wasnt that bad what i tot b4.

today my ho ward off..so saya kena cover the whole ward..pagal!.dah la 30 plus ptn..mcm nak nangis..sampai ati dia off..ke nak tk advantage on me ah since im still new..ceh!.cool!..tgk pt satu2,ambik blood lagi..abeh around 11 lebih..buleh la thn..igtkan nak habis pkl 2 camtu..ermm
ada satu patient=ptn's nya relative was quite upset with our management..dia kata tak bley tunggu2 lagi..her dad mkn teruk..goin to have stroke..n the HO oncalled last nite din take any action..plus x discuss ngan mo..salah tu..aku lak yg kena..terus panggey MO oc today..dia ckp mmg bkn salah depa..salah kita..wat to do..teruih depa nak tukaq spital..k fine..!we oredy did our best!

peter x kawan nak gi b'fast..so i accompanied him..b'fast together w lunch.tatau nak mkn pa..peter nih mix chinese n matsalleh..hensem2..last2 he suggested pi mkn sushi..erkk ok since i never taste it b4..pi mkn kat gurney plaza..ermm buleh la thn..rasa mual gak tapi ckp sedap giler! hehe ada yg ok ada yg tak..rasanya x mau pi dah kut heh...ain! aku dah mkn sushi pi ckp sama siti noo..!dia kan suka btoi sushi..

psst:..den dah buat pd=peritoneal dialysis twice whch was one was successfull n satu lagi tak heh.n oso did lumbar puncture..once cucuk teruih kuaq csf=cerebral spinal fluid..sini leh detech kuman ka etc kalau CT scan brain shows normal.

wokes..nak study pasai jantung..nxt week tukaq ward..den dpt ward cardio..adeh.!!worait ppl..have a nice weekend n weekdays ya :)
