kita terbaca kat satu article nih ckp..kalau rajin tulis..tak kisah la tulis apa2 pun..can help us lose weight ( nih yg buat den nak rajin tulis ni :P), reduce stress and take control of your health.
dia ckp lagi...kalau rajin tulis, it may produce changes in our immune or hormonal responses to stress dan jugak pebaik kitanya relationships dan our capacity to cope wif stress... writing about a traumatic experiance especially eased pain in Rheumatoid Arthritis (sakit2 sendi and bengkak2 kat joints etc) patients and improved lung function in asthmatics. lagi benefits nya..kalau dari segi lose weight, by keeping a food diary (heh tak pnah lak buat), can help ppl drop kilos. It creates awareness bout kilojoule consumption dan juga fat intake, so that later it's easier to make changes..hmm..try2 jgn tak try tulis pasai kes2 yg begitu tragic mcm rape or a serious car accident for examples leh kurangkan headaches, sleep problems and depressive symtoms. lagii..kalau cancer patients..tak kisah la cancer apa2 pun who lacked family support wrote bout their illness for 20 mins a day..leh kurangkan stress for up to 6 monts.. sebagai kesimpulannya..kalau type kira tulis jugak la kan..kalau blogging pun kira buleh pakai juga la tak theory nih heheh...slamat menulis semua! :) otak tgh berserabut pikir masa depan haha..bkn masa depan pun tapi tgh duk pikir apa lagi nak kena buat nak siap2kan diri nak keja..perghh apa2 pun la link | posted by mizzwanda @ 11:16 AM | |
