Perghh..feel so weak n half asleep dehh while typin this..came bk from Datang Selalu (tempat mkn tuh..sedapkan nama nya..mari lah mari)..had supper there wif k.ila n thurga..sakit tekak coz b4 tat tolong comfortkan patients in labour room..acctually thee husband can be wif their wife during labour.bt they should know everytin in and out about labour..kang husband pung bule itu mabuk darah..kena treat da husband la pulaks..hehe..future husband ha kena2 la blajar ya..go for pregnancy course noo easy later..

ahha seems tat we oso in labour pain.."tarik nafas pjg2 kak then push" adehh..waaa..went there around 8 pm sometin..straight away saw few deliveries (spontaneuos vaginal delivery-lahir normal)..sian gaks tgk mak2 yg nak salin nih..peluh2 n jerit2...kesakitan yg tak leh nak describe..only feel it during nak branak ja..hmmp..so sapa2 yg nak rasa wat kind of pain kena la get pregnant dulu deh..heh..

nak lahir nih acctually senang ja..perghh(iyer ka..depends ah) .controlkan mind n slawat byk2..dun strain/jerit2 byk sgt..nanti letih woo..then tak dak energy plak later bila baby btol2 nak kuar..sapa yg susah?..mereka dan keluarga mereka jugak..merepek la plaks. ha kalu letih, tak larat nak push nanti ,baby stuck lelama leh dpt fetal distress...heh so basically maknya kenalah cooperative wif the nurses.ikut ckp depa..sonang cita..

But pheww22..so kalut juz nw..nurses as well as the doctors incharged..hmm dunno y today seme delivery ada problems...most of them had this meconium stained ( tat means baby dah berak dalam perut mama dia b4 dia kuar n bule termkn najis dia sendiri due to fetal distress)...and the problem..is tat the baby prone for respiratory distress,jangkitan paru2 and etc..k then after baby dah kuar..babies din cry at all.

.o'ooo..thee nurses kinda of panickin terus bawak gi bilik observation's room 4 resuscitation..sucked out all the fluid inside the baby, especially b4 they have their 1st breath...then gave oxygen..after sometimes..uwekkkkkk222..fuh babies cried..(ops cam bunyi muntah la plaks)..lega seme..the mother oso worried of course.."eh kenapa ngan anak saya"..tak sempat nak xplained coz nak gi tgk wats goin on kat baby..later me went n told her tat everythin is fine..dun wowi be hepi (takdak la kata camtu)..hehe..hmmpp basically, point of view..kena be fast..in every single situationss.so kena la bukak itu buku tiap2 hari lol in order to know more..if nt..nanti stare ja kat nurse tatau wat kind of prompt action we need to do 1st..:)

haha still remember tat one nite me n mizapl gi labour rm ah nak tgk2 org branak..then there was this indian lady said to me yg dia trasa nak pass motion(berak)..me alone masa tu..she kept sayin tat lah kata sakit2 perut..but then doctor incharged baru ja review/tgk2kan dia beh kurang 1/2 hr ago n laluan branak dia (cervical os) baru bukak about 6 cm kut...full dilatation is 10 cm and normally 1cm/hr bukaknya..but depend la ada yg cepat, ada yg lambat sket..

so i thought it was normal lah mother having contraction on n off b4 nak branak..so ckp kat dia yg "sabar ya kak, tahan kejap..tak lama lagi tu"..cehceceh me wat relax ja sambil2 tgk patient's nya file..then tgk kesian sgt gi la ckp kat nurse..nurse pun ckp yg "la baru ja tgk tadik..takkan la kut"..then i was juz have a glimpse at her..tup tup..baby melantun kuar!!..oh goshh..nurse jerit habis..heh..terkejut gue..habis geletar lutut me..haha almaklumlah so fast kan..nasib baik ada space for tat baby to land on..ish kalu tak la dunno wats goin to hapen..

anywayz baby was ok as well as the mum..hmmpp so after this..tgk lain macam ja mther tu terus kena inform da nurse..:)..takdak nak relax2 lagi,rite EL!! probably it hapen so fast bcoz slalunya kalu multipregnant(dah byk kali lahir) cepat sket n mudah lahir..unlike 1st time salin(primigravida)..aiseh cam essay la pulak..hehe
